Chicken tenderloin, roast capsicum, Swiss cheese & smoked ham “entombed” in filo pastry. Served with
“Thyme Warp” mustard sauce & sweet potato mash.
Dessert:
“Rocky Horror” Tart
Filled with chocolate & rocky road delight. Served with “blood red” berry coulis & imprinted by “Dracula” himself.
